I am a retired Mental Health Counselor and a mother of eight children. My curiosity as to why people do what they do, and why we are all so different from one another led me to the study of psychology. My studies have helped me to understand myself and others better. My goal is to share what I have learned, personally and academically, over a long lifetime in the hope that it will inspire others to make changes in their own lives. Our power for great relationships and true happiness lies within ourselves, not in others. Learning to love yourself is truly the greatest love of all.
